Polyphonic Ringtones

Why do I need to have WAP/GPRS enabled to get polyphonic ringtones?
Polyphonic ringtones must be downloaded, they cannot be sent directly to your phone. Before you order please make sure that the WAP or GPRS service is enabled on your phone.
If you do not have WAP or GPRS set up on your phone you can visit www.wapmob.com to get settings instantly. Please note we do not give refunds for WAP connectivity issues, please make sure you have WAP enabled correctly before ordering.

All I've received is a text message, I don't have my ringtone?
We will send you a text message either containing a website address or a bookmark which you will need to go to using WAP/GPRS where you can download your tone. We cannot send the tone directly to your phone.

How do I download and save my polyphonic ringtone?
1. When you receive the SMS containing the WAP address simply enter the full address (including the 5/6 letter code using lowercase characters) into your WAP browser on your handset and connect. Please note, you cannot download the ringtone in your PC's web browser.

Alternatively, if you receive a bookmark you can choose to download/connect to the bookmark without having to enter the address.
2. Once connected select "Download Tone" and your polyphonic ringtone will be downloaded. You will be prompted to save it to your phone, please make sure you SAVE the Polyphonic Ringtone to your phone.
3. To activate your Polyphonic Ringtone (Nokia menu names) select the "Profiles" menu and then the profile you want to change, select "Customize" or "Personalise" and then "Ringtone". Make sure the profile you activate your new Polyphonic Ringtone on is the current profile on your phone.

Check your phone's manual for details on this limitation and what sort of things you can safely delete.
